Meet The iDreamz Person Of The Year

Temidayo Israel- Abdulai, (AKA Dayo Israehl) is a young Nigerian-Born, world renowned personality whose story has become an exceptional reference for inspiration to millions in Africa and the world. Born on january 29, his life’s journey is such that re-affirms the saying that ‘impossible is nothing.’ as he has moved from grass to grace, from mud to mansion, and from the streets of ebute metta ( where he spent a great portion of his childhood hawking wares to put food in his young belly and supporting his single mother in Lagos state, Nigeria ) to round-table sessions with world leaders.

The Journey To Limelight

Born an innovator, Dayo despite his apparent fiscal privation went on to establish the only Child-led NGO in Nigeria– General Action against the Violation of Human and Children’s Rights – an organisation which spearheaded the campaign for the promotion of children’s rights in Nigeria. Consequentially, he was elected into the Nigerian Children’s Parliament at the age of 14 and rose to become the Deputy Senate President of the National Children’s Parliament, a position he held until his retirement [from childhood].

By the time He was 15, He had graduated from high school and decided to take a gap year for 3years so as to enable him pursue his vision to be the change the world was Waiting for.

Two weeks after graduating from high school in July of that year, He was on His way to South Africa and Swaziland sponsored by UNICEF to attend the (United Nations) Young General Assembly Session. A Month after in September, He was on the way to New York for the UN Special Session on Children. In October of the Same year, He was in Italy sponsored by the British Council to attend the UN of People’s Conference and on arrival in November hosted the 1st National Conference on the Role of a Child in Nations Building which was attended by the 1st Lady of Lagos State amongst other Eminent Personality.

With a degree in Law and a Masters in International Relations, Dayo Israel (LLB (Hons), MA International Relations) is also a pioneer record breaker as he is the first African to become a Student Council Chair in London’s Largest University (the London Metropolitan University).

He is a renowned polymath; A seasoned diplomat, social entrepreneur, in-demand evangelist, TV personality, astute motivational speaker, advocate, Conference facilitator, High Performance Coach, young thought leader and an advisor to many world leaders, business executive, politicians, young entrepreneur and sports professionals. He is also an internationally recognised personality with over 12years of professional experience in international development having worked with organisations such as The United Nations, British Council, Save the Children UK, UNICEF, in various capacities and has appeared on countless television interviews, commercials, talk shows, radio programs, and was even selected by the United Nations to represent all the young delegates to the UN General Assembly Special Session on Children on a special CNN Live Interview.

The producer and presenter of Maximum Impact with Dayo Israel on Dove Vision TV, now lunches with Kings and dines with emperors. Recently, He was specially invited by Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh to a private reception at Buckingham palace.

He was also invited by the Obama Administration to the White House President’s Forum for Young African Leaders in Washington DC and an Alumnus of the US State Department International Visitors Leadership Program that has produced over 400 Heads of Government globally.

Dayo is the Founder and Chief Executive of many profit and not-for-profit organisations in Europe, North America and Africa including the Make Impact International, GLEEHD Foundation for Leadership and International Development, Make Impact Group (MI Intl, MI Enterprise, MI Media, MI Publication, Impact Productions, Impact Investments, the Dream Center and more). He also serves as a spokesperson for Young Nigerians and Africans in the Diaspora in his capacity as the Chief Executive of the Africa Diaspora Youth Forum and Coordinator of the Nigerian Youth in Diaspora Organisation.

He gets his message out to an international audience of millions through his various tours, inspirational conferences, seminars, motivational coaching, philanthropic work, TV show, Media appearances, audio programs, and Youth advocacy with appearance live on CNN, BBC, Press TV and more. In 2006 alone, He has addressed over 500, 000 people on Leadership, Self Development and Business Enterprise alongside His Ministrations at Large Crusade and Christian Conventions which includes the RCCG North America Convention in Houston, RCCG Festival of Life in London, RCCG Annual Convention in Nigeria.

He is also the Host of the International Young Christian Leaders Summit that brings together over 30, 000 Young Christian Leaders and Youth Pastors from all over the World holding in the USA, Europe and Nigeria.

He has met and addressed more than 100 world leaders and heads of government including Dr. Nelson Mandela, President Olusegun Obasanjo, President Anibal Cavaco Silva, President Jacob Zuma, Mr Ban Ki Moon, Dr. Kofi Annan, Queen Mubarak of Egypt, President Yahya Jameh, President Tejjan Kabbah, and many other Heads of States and Presidents in Africa and Europe.
